Frequently asked questions
Payments, limits, security, and keys. If you cannot find an answer, contact support.
Connection
This is the address your program sends requests to. It is handed out together with the issued key; Python, Node, Go and PHP code stays unchanged because the format is fully OpenAI-compatible.
No. The gateway works over ordinary HTTPS. No utilities, certificates, or network settings are required on your side.
Pass the model identifier in the model field. The full list is available at /v1/models and on the Pricing and models page.
Yes, stream: true works like OpenAI: the response arrives in parts as Server-Sent Events.
Payments and balance
Pay with USDT (TRC20, BEP20, or TON) or a Telegram invoice. The minimum payment is $5.
Telegram invoices are usually instant. Crypto is credited automatically after network confirmations; contact support if delayed.
You pay for input and generated output tokens at the per-million-token rate. Wallet movements are visible in the dashboard; per-request detail is not collected by the gateway yet.
Yes. Refunds are made to the crypto wallet or Telegram payment method used. If more than 20% was spent, only the remainder is refunded.
No. You pay only for actual usage. Unused balance does not expire.
Security and limits
Prompt and response contents are not stored on our side: the gateway keeps no request telemetry.
Revoke it with one click in your account - it stops working immediately. You can keep separate keys for different projects.
Basic limits protect the gateway from traffic spikes. Contact support if you need a higher limit.
The gateway returns a clear error code; outages are published on Status. Failed requests are not charged.
